Any thunderstorms out there?

..going on right now where you are? I love weather in all extreme forms but most of all I love to watch a good thunderstorm from a well grounded porch(beer in hand). Well I have a beer...they're saying chance of thunderstorms; how is the weather where you are?

I love strikes which are so close you can smell ozone afterwards. I remember as a kid(we rented a cottage for a bit each summer) going to look for natural glass on the beach but never found any.

no.. it's rainy but not a thunderstorm..

Yes,   if you look at the ITCZ (intertropical convergence zone),  you will see a band of convection that circles the globe..   then look at satellite photos and you can see the enhanced cu ( thunderstorm clouds).
