  1. i wondered when you would crawl out of the woodwork borderline . you have been keeping a low profile lately . just accept that Fallon is a bent jockey he got caught and now he must face the consequences. i agree with miss newmarket 100%

  2. Regrettably those who have been out to get Fallon have finally got what they wanted

  3. I agree with you completely,he lost enough earnings when he was banned before and not found guilty, what a shambles that was.

  4. Come on............. He's as twisted as they come, He's already got away once.

If it was me I'd be keeping my head down

  5. good point borderline, if someone is wrongly imprisoned they get compensated so yes i think he will have a lawyer looking into it for him.

As for the ban well iam afraid that will stand as it is a completely different issue unless ofcourse he wins his appeal but from what i have read he hasnt really got much chance of that so i dont think you will  be putting your money on him for  a while.

  6. No, most definitely not.  The two bans are totally and utterly unrelated and have been instigated by two separate racing authorities.

This latest ban has been brought on soley by his own actions and no one else is to blame for that.

Fallon can only claim compensation if he has been proved innocent: this did not happen.

Shortly after he was handed the first ban, Fallon's lawyers wanted to go to the High Court to have the ban overturned, but were advised by a judge that they didn't have a leg to stand on.  Of course this never gets reported in the papers!
