  1. Run suicides. Start at the baseline, run to the 10 foot line, then run back. Then run to half court, and back. Now to the opposite 10 foot line,  and back. And finally, to the opposite baseline and back. That's one suicide. If you do some of those it will help in conditioning.

  2. do like I did and make ur own workout schedule doin stuff you like... for instence I love ridin a bike so I ride the bike for a looong time *I think I maxed out at 4 hours with plenty of water breaks* I like the cha cha slide so I made it like a dance work out that I do over and over again *with some modifications at certain spots* I use hand weights to help out too.. basically make the work out fun and u'll get in shape in no time

  3. If you have a friend or someone with you that will play with you bump and/or set to yourself then to your partner. If you want to increase your vertical so you can jump higher do any kind of squat jumps or get something thats like less then 2 ft and do like 2 reps of 20 or something like that. For spiking you can hit the ball against the wall and when it pops back up just keep on doing it. When your with a partner one of yall can bump to them they can set to you then you can hit it at them and then it will just keep going on from there. Lay on the floor set to yourself. walk around bumping the ball. practice your footwork 1. step and hopyou just step then take a big hop 2.step cross hop- step cross your feet and hop pretty self explanatory but you know just in case. make sure when your doing those you try to cover as much area as you can when doing those.
