Any tips for a cooking class?!?

so, i'm going to take cooking class in January, any tips? oh, and i can cook pretty much anything that has a recipe as long as i have the ingredients.

Be prepared to discard any preconceived idea and keep an open mind to what you are being taught.

Observe what you are shown, and learn to do it the same way.

Just listen to the Chef.  You'll be preparing their recipes.
