  1. Ask questions if you need to - you won't look stupid.

Don't have an attitude - upperclassmen really hate that.

Challenge yourself - it'll pay off!

High school is the time to plan for college, not just senior year, so meet with your counselor regularly to make sure you're on the right track.

    Don't procrastinate, I don't think I have to explain why =)

Have fun! These are supposed to be the best years of your life!

    Good luck hon =D

  2. im gonna be one tomorrow!! i got my textbooks a few days befor school starts so ive been studying it to know what materal im gonna cover this year. also u should review ur old worksheets that may still be in ur backpack. dont procrastinate-just do ur homework. start going to bed early NOW so u'll get used to it. talk to ur friends, hang out w/ them and make the most of ur last days of summer. get back-to-school clothes and school supplies.

    good luck fellow freshie!

  3. just fail

  4. Be confident, upper class-men, especially seniors can spot a scared freshman a mile away! Don't be cocky or mouthy though, that could leave you stuffed in a trash can or locker.

  5. chill out thats all

  6. calm down! it will be great, just smile and make small talk with your classmates like "how was your summer, what did you do" and those simple questions will carry on into more conversations, just remember to not be too shy or quiet and everyone is going thru the same thing, every 8th grader entered high school at one point

and i had to do this last year (im a sophmore now) and it wasn't tht bad

    hope this helps,,,good luck!

  7. Stop being fresh, man, & the girls will stop slapping you!
