Any tips for a living room arrangement that offers good seating?

I have a rather small living room with an unusual layout, and I am having a hard time coming up with a way to utilize the space. Right now I have a 3 person couch and an entertainment center with my TV. There really isn't much more room but I would really like to be able to seat more than 3 people. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! (Just for the living room) Thanks in advance!

Oh... and no I don't have a flat screen TV that I can put above the fireplace so please don't suggest that :)

Put the tv on the wall that is to the left (in the picture) of the fireplace.

Put the couch directly across from the fireplace and a chair to the right of the fireplace at an angle.

If you have a coffee table that would go nicely between the couch and the fireplace.

This way you can get the most out of your fireplace and you can still see the tv.
