  1. Ok.  There are 2 key things you need to work on:

          Flexibility & Core (abs) strengthening

A great exercise that works both are V-ups where you lay on your back with legs and arms stretched out on the ground (arms above your head, legs straight down) and you do a sit-up pulling your legs up and open (into a V position) and your arms come from over your head down in between your open legs.

Also, make sure to point your toes...it makes jumps look 1000000 times better and doesn't take that much extra effort.

Always land with your legs together! this also makes the jumps look DRASTICALLY improved even if they're not any higher.

Make sure to keep your arms in T-position- don't drop them or raise them, this will throw the look of the whole jump off even if your legs are perfect.

  2. okay lol

we did jump drills this year...funnnn lol

we did this frog jump where your look like a frog when u jump up and down lol

then we did leg lifts(standing up though)

we did jumps where you bend your legs up to your chest when you jump up.

sorry it may be a little confusing!!!

but this will get your jumps higher. and stretch alot! =]]

  3. **Do those streaches where u put ur legs apart go all the way down.....

**Practice them on a trampoline... dont have 1... use a friend's

    **Stretch ALOT

**Also do that stretch where u out both feet 2gether .......then go down go farther down each day

    Hope It Improves!   =)
