Any tips for choreography for a lyrical/contemporary dance?

I've just got into dancing and I'm okay, I suppose... but I don't do any dance other than in school, so I don't know any proper dance moves for lyrical or contemporary dances.

Does anyone have any tips for choreography, or do you know any good videos or websites that would be able to help?
