  1. I just finished my freshman year. It was pretty awesome. It's hard leaving home and living in the dorm. I think the hardest part was actually leaving my family and getting over the homesickness. Just try to get a good dorm mate who you trust and get along with. It's fun after that. Classes are hard, but if you put yourself to it, you'll do great. Biggest tip, don't panic, relax, and know that everyone around you is going through the same thing you are. It's scary, it's hard, it's painful, but everything will turn out just fine!

GOOD LUCK!!! College really is worth it and is so much fun! :) :) :)

P.S. If your still nervous, get some books from the library. There's several out there all about the question you asked. They certainly helped me! And be prepared for Anything!

  2. Get a part time job. When you get to college you are suddenly going to have so much freedom which is going to be strange. Typically college students without a job forget how to be productive, become procrastinators, and just want to party all the time and sleep in. If you want to keep your grades up you will need to feel a little pressure and a sense of urgency. Knowing that you have a job and an employer that depends on you will help with that. You will find in college that all of your tests and papers will be due at once! Typically every 4 weeks. The first few weeks you will not feel stress at all and then bam- you and all of your friends are not sleeping for a week and freaking that you haven't figured out how to use the library yet! Just warning you- I've seen it many times. I worked all through college and graduated with honors, and some of my friends who only went to classes barely finished. Also, if you are moving away from home, get involved. Either go Greek or find something that is right for you. Good luck!

  3. drink lots of beer, youll fit right in

  4. Be yourself and jsut relax. I am a senior at Texas A&M and when i was a freshman with over 30 thousand undergrads it was really intense but you will get use to life at college and really love it. It's so much fun. Work hard and party after you got school work done. college will fail you faster than you can ever believe.
