  1. well be you self don't try to hard to make friends because if your nice pepoel will want to be friends with you. here's a site that has good tips on school www.freewebs.com/studypals hope this help's

  2. High school isn't so bad as they say dear. :] Seniors won't shove you into lockers, you won't get beaten up, and you won't be told what to do by seniors...Most Seniors are big teddy bears and will more than happy to help.

I'd say, just get involved. Do stuff after school to make friends. Get invovled in class. Stuff of that nature.

If you can, WALK your classes. Best thing you can ever do, so on the first day, you aren't scrambling to get to one class or another. If you can't, on the first day, get a map, and trace out your way. Or you can ask some nice looking upper classmen.

As far as organization goes. It is KEY. You want to stay as or ganized as POSSIBLE. I don't know what you bought, but I found notebooks with the folder inside of them were always very helpful. And for stuff like math, I've always had a binder. Though, you don't have to. In your locker, I'd get one of those shelf things you can just put in there, and the you can organize it.

What I did as a freshmen to help me study for finals was, I got a folder for each class, after each unit, when I knew I didn't need something, I'd go home, clean out ALL My folders, get rid of the stuff that wouldn't help me. I would put all the things tha would help me study for finals in the folder labeled with the class name on it.

If you don't get something, don't be afraid to talk to the teachers. Honestly, best thing you can do. All of my teachers for the most part last year were so helpful it was amazing. :] They really would just sit down with you and just help. So go to the teachers if you have any sort of problem. They are there for a reason.

Overall everything should be fine. Get involved have fun, and you'll have a great year. :]

  3. be yourself, dont show off, and be open to speak to anyone

also smile at people you want to talk to as this will get a reaction to start a convo

  4. i am a freshman and the best thing you can do is go involve yourself. I am in band choir cross country and the people in those groups all helped me out a lot my first day and a lot of them are upper class men so it made things much easier.

  5. high school is great for making new friends. a lot of my friends went to different high schools and i started being friends with people i knew but werent friends with the year b4. its not hard you'll prolly make some new friends the 1st day. just relax high schools fun but it is harder in the work that you do just make sure you dont slack off i did that my freshman year and i completely regret it.

  6. -Do not mess up your freshman year.

    -Get involved(join clubs, sports)

    -Meet new people

    -Go to homecoming
