Any tips for me if I want to open a laundromat?

Accessable location - make to where people can see it visable and dont have a problem parking

Hours - make sure your hours are adequete. Some people actually wash clothes very late at times to not be in the rush and others do it early in the mornings as well.

Variety - make sure you have different lvls of washers. Some like the old fashion ones you would find in your house and the big industrial ones for blankets and stuff.

Items - sometimes its good to have extra stuff like downy or washing deteregent due to some people may forget it or just buy them off you

Entertainment - it is always nice to have a video game or a Tv or radio going  while people wait. ( i prefer video game or tv makes time go by

Heating /cooling - try to always make the place be a decent tempreatur if possible.  Many people dont like standing in a laudrmoat while it is so hot.

* some laudry mats actually have a person taht washes clothes as well and could be a nice addition. depending on weight of clothes and what not you can have a yourself do that and even gain more extra money for having someone do it for them.

Yes... my tip is don't do it.  Odds are you will fail, not because you are a bad business person, but laundromats are a bad investment.   Stick w/ something that is growing in popularity, not something that is declining.
