Plz help me I need tips so i can make the at least the b team plz help me

juat try to be your self and just hustle, and yell for any volleyball that is comeing towards you, like yell i got it or mine, coaches always like that. i just started yesturday and my coach made us run if  nobody called it. so i wish you the best of luck!

you need to be a gooood sport :D

when there is partner things, pick a different person every time

BE LOUD, well not that loud XD

when your coaches give you a mini pop quiz

try to participate

it shows that you REALLY love volleyball

and also, HAVE FUN

GO IN THERE WITH A POSITIVE ATTITIDE AND DONT BE NEGITIVE TELL YOUR SELF YOUR GOING TO MAKE IT BUT DONT GET TO COCKY...ALWAYS HUSTLE EVERYWHERE....COACHES LIKE THAT...BE LOUD...AND JUST HAVE FUN DONT FREAK ABOUT YOUR SKILLS IM SURE THAT YOUR GOOD AND THAT THERE IS NO NEED TO CRAM LAST MINUTE PRACTICE IN BECAUSE THIS CLOSE YOUR EITHER READY OR NOT...GOOD LUCK AND TRUST ME THESE TIPS WILL WORK I JUST MADE MY SCHOOL VBALL TEAM

make sure that you know how to call the ball because coaches like people who speak. also, dont get disappointed if you do something wrong, always have a positive additude. also, try to stand out by doing your best.

edit:also be prepared to make the worst team or not make the team. it can really kill your confidence. it kinda bummed me out when i saw &#039;potential a team&#039; girls practicing while the &#039;leftovers&#039; were just passing and doing basics. i&#039;ll admit it, i cried when i got home because that made me so emotional. blahh./ i wonder what team i&#039;m gonna make.
