Any tips for my yardsale?

I am having a yardsale tomorrow. Any tips on how to sell more items and make more money??

If someone really wants something tell them that, the one thing they want is really really important to you, and if little kids come and want to buy a toy tell them it's worth 5 bucks instead of 2 and.. if you really want you can sell juice at your yard sale to and if you really wanna make money from it. just advertise it a lot.

Kids clothes fly out of garage sales.

Make sure there is good signage that really is easy to see and follow to get to your house.

Finally place a post of it in Craigslist. I have been told that it really helps big time. Since it's free i see no reason not to try.

Make a pile of the things you really don't want to sell but you just want to get rid of.  

Place signs on some of the items that you want to raise the price on saying, "Free selection from the bonus table when you purchase this item."

Make sure you raise the price of the for sale item high enough to cover the cost of the free item.
