  1. The best way that I have found to replace que stick tips is to file the old felt tip off the end of the stick. Make the tip as flat as possible, use super glue to attach the new tip and to make sure that the tip fits exactly place the tip on the floor with the weight of the stick directly on the tip straight and flat. After the tip has dried file the edges of the glue that has oozed out smooth. I hope that has helped you! :-)

  2. Just take it to a billiard repair shop and have a new one put on. Not very expensive at all. I would suggest a french leather tip.

  3. It's best to get a pro to do it.  Most pool halls will have someone that is skilled at it.  They sell tip shapers if you really feel like doing it yourself (see link), along with entire kits to help you replace your tip.  If you have the regular glue-on tips, you have to cut off the old one, face off the ferrule (sand it down to make sure it's flat), glue the new tip on and clamp it down, then cut and shape it.  I know it sounds simple, but there are little caveats within each step, which is why I mention that it's best to get a pro to do it.  They work on lathes so it's easier for them and quick too.

  4. it is not hard to do but just go to your local snooker club and ask someone to demonstrate how to do it.

  5. take it to a billiard store let the pros do it
