Any tips for running a 30 minute tempo run?

We're doing it tomorrow in cross country practice. I have at most ran 20 minutes, at a constant pace. any tips?

  1. Just drink a lots of water and get lots of sleep. 2 hours before you run eat a banana. 10 minutes isn't much longer at all. Tempo is a little bit faster than constant so don't worry probably about 30 seconds.
