My daughter is 18 months and although she travels well, she has not been on a plane (I also haven't been in a LONG time!) Any tips for smooth travel, guidelines about what I can and cannot bring for her.

  1. toddlers usually cry during the take-off and landing periods due to there ears popping - they now offer ear-plugs that prevent it, i recommend buying those1

  2. you need to  get a backpack with new fun treats for her becouse each object will only last ten mins or so with her good things would be dolls puzzels maybe some nice treats like sweets. try to keep her awake before hte flight then maybe she mite sleep a lot of the flight enjoy the hoil

  3. I'd bring some new  treats for her like coloring books (colored pencils, not crayons they might melt), a small doll, whatever she likes to play with.  Also bring little snacks like goldfish or animal crackers.  Maybe you could use these treats as incentives for good behavior for certain amounts of time on the plane.  You might want to get a blanket and pillow on the plane in case you can get her to take a nap.
