Any tips on Gymnastics?

I love Gymnastics.

This is my first year doing like, REAL Gymnastics.

Any Advise?

  1. do eat too many chips..? lol =D


  2. Never be afraid to do the stuff the coaches tell you to do, you are completely safe (when, way less than other sports, but oh well, lol).

  3. stretch a lot beforehand. the more your muslces are flexed, the more flexible you will be! just work hard, try your best, and have fun! good luck with your gymnastics :)

    Don&#039;t try any new skills if you don&#039;t think you&#039;re ready.

    If you decide you&#039;re going to go for a skill, go for it 100%.

    Conditioning is important, if you cheat during conditioning you&#039;re only cheating yourself.

    Stay determined. Don&#039;t give up. Stretch often.

    Drink lots of water. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.

  8. um, it depends wat level ur on. I know that I eat properly, get proper sleep and ice things that hurt. I also go beyond every limmit i have. If I&#039;m Scared, that&#039;s bull, I go for it anyway. I push myself untill i have nothing left. If u put ur heart and soulinto every practice it will pay off. There&#039;s no better way to show ur passion then that.

  9. Just make sure you always go to your checkups. Gymnastics can be very taxing on your body. I had to quite because my wrists gave out. Always stretch. Don&#039;t try something too hard. And follow directions....DOWN TO THE DOT!!!!
