Question:

Any tips on breast augmentation?

I've wanted big b***s since I was little, but mine are somewhat small. My dad told me he will pay for half of my implants for Christmas. But I'm not sure which would be a better idea, breast reconstruction or actual implants. I'd be a lot happier if they were more rounded. But I'm kind of over wanting the whole p**n star body, I want just an average set of titties, so I'm wondering if reconstruction would be better for me. But I've never met anybody whos gotten that done, so I don't know exactly what the difference is. I was told that for reconstruction they pretty much resculpt your breast, and then take fat from other parts of your body and add it to fill out more. If thats the case I can't see why anyone would want a freakin water balloon in there and not just use their own fat : ) any tips or stories for either procedure?

  1. Unless you were in an accident, you would not want a reconstruction.  You would want implants.  Just don't go bigger than what is proportional to your body.

How old are you and what is your bra size anyway?

    Check out http://www.breasthealthonline.org or  http://www.implantinfo.com

Edit:  A 36B?  You sound like a perfect size to me.  Big b*****s are very overrated and come with back pain.  What size do you want to go up to?  Your height/weight?

  2. Inducing lactation is safer and cheaper and if you change your mind you can easily stop. Regular nipple stimulation is all it takes and most get a 2 cups size increase.

  3. Reconstruction is for breast cancer patients and are not for women who want to increase their breast size.

So your only option is breast implants. Do your homework on them. Getting implants means you have to get the redone every 5 to 10 years, mammograms are more difficult and 15% of breast cancers are missed.

As well, there are other complications that can arise and if they do, you will have to pay for any subsequent surgeries.

  4. oh... kiddo. you're breaking my heart!  work with what your mama gave you!  personally, i prefer my women built for speed so 36b is just fine.  i think implants look terrible and they don't feel right... i've yet to see a boob job that looks fantastic, some are okay... but natural is the way to go!

  5. Breast reconstruction is what you have after an accident or after breast cancer, when your breast tissue is partially or completely removed (mastectomy). I think you want breast implants aka breast augmentation. You won't mix up the two anymore if you look at before and after pictures. Examples. This is breast reconstruction: http://www.changesplasticsurgery.com/san... . This is breast augmentation: http://www.changesplasticsurgery.com/bre...

  6. I'll tell you this. Big b***s are over-rated and guys will only look at them. I have old implants in, I hate them. My b***s were a little saggy to begin with so what I should have had was a lift, not implants. The implants have only made them more saggy, especially now that I have had 2 kids and am currently breastfeeding one. So now instead of smll saggy b***s mine are big and saggy. My areolas and nipples are big. I am going to have my implants removed and b*****s lifted at the end of the year.

So if your b*****s are droopy, implants may give them a little lift but once you have kids, they will lilely sag again.

  7. Go to a C cup, that is the best size.
