  1. i guess you just have a weak core =/

try running/jogging and then doing some crunches, not sit ups, nut going up and down with you legs off the ground in a bout a 75 degree angle.

The thing is, usually when i do it after i run, it works my core more, making it stronger, and then strong enough eventually to do a good 45 sit ups. Also, when you crunch with feet up, you dont have to move much, so going an inch or maybe a little more will actually help you in case.

  2. Do crunches.  You don't have to come all the way up.  Make sure you are targeting your upper abs, the ones on the sides, and the ones in your lower tummy.  You can accomplish this by doing leg lifts and just crunching half way up.  Make sure you are looking at the ceiling when you do them, and look up an exercise called the "bicycle crunch"...I have a fitness book that says those are the most effective.

Coming all the way up on a sit up strains other muscles that have nothing to do with your belly... you'll get the hang of it.

  3. well you could really push yourself, and eventually you will be able to move more. you could try russian twists, where you balance on your tailbone area and go from one side to the other about sixty times or till you cant do them. then you could do the bridge, basically get in push up position but rest on your forearms (dont connect your hands) and hold that for thirty seconds and progress to a min. then there is a six inch hold, this time you lay on your back with your hands under your butt and lift your feet six inches (keep your leg straight) this is another holding one so go for about thirty seconds and progress. then you could buy a medicine ball to your liking and make your workout harder!

  4. Bridges do more for your core than situps.

  5. no.
