Any tips on getting s**y beach waves?

I want it to look like i just got back from the beach, with the wet crazy look! Any tips???

Garnier has some good products, I used to style my hair with their "surf hair" stuff all the time. But my hair was sort of naturally beachy... I was tan and blonde at the time...
