Question:

Any tips on growing healthy long hair?

I understand I cant speed up hair growth, and that most people average 1/2 inch a month, how ever without the use of supplements is there anything I can do to ensure the hair I am growing is the healthiest and therefore the longest it can be??

I already use coconut oil once a week and also henna & placenta once a week. I dont use a fancy shampoo/conditioner (tressamee anti breakage) I know not to wash it more than twice per week if I can help it, and I never use any product or dye it either...... Is there anything else you could recommend? I recently donated 11 inches to "locks of love" and now miss my hair ALOT, I know it was for a good cause but I want to grow my hair back out ASAP :) Thank you!

  3. What I did to grow my hair out was put it in a bun right after I got out of the shower, and wore it like that for the day. The reason why it works is because you're letting it dry naturally which makes it healthy. Also by pulling it back, the elements cant get to it. This helps it grow and be healthy.

  4. Brushing your hair help hair grow quick

  5. muti-viatmins help.

    deep condtion  your hair

have regular trims, like every other week or every 3 weeks. to take away split ends.

Don't blowdry, curl or use a flat iron to your hair, and if u need to, make sure you burn anit-burn serum in you hair.

  6. Vitamin E suppliments

I wash my hair once a week and it's grown a lot in the past year.

When you shampoo, only scrub your scalp and the hair at the top. Simply smooth the extra shampoo over the rest of your hair.
