Question:

Any tips on how I can fall asleep quicker?

I always seem to have trouble falling asleep,

My room is always pitch black and not a sound is to be heard, I have a comfortable bed/pillows/covers, etc. But somehow I can't fall asleep. Even if I am super tired, I just can't.

Any tips/help/advice you can give me?

Thanks so much!

P.S. No sleeping pills etc. ... I'm not into that stuff.

  2. k soo wut i do is:

    1) music puts me to sleep , volume low

    2) read a chemistry or physics text book

    3) start studying for something early it tires you out or finish your work

    4) apparently people count sheep


  3. sorry this happens to me to

    the only thing are sleeping pills, but you can try chamomile tea, i herd it helps?

    also go to bed full, but if that doesnt help, try watching tv in ur room till you fall asleep, i leave my tv on on a long movie and set it to sleep which means u set the tv a sertain time to when its going to turn off.

    so what helps me is, i watch tv, then when i feel sleepy, i set it to sleep, 30 minutes, so by the time i doze off, the tv turns off by itself:]

    theres not mutch you can do to go to bed faster, unless you wake up super early, then you will sleep alot faster like at 10 or somthin:]

  4. lol take a sleeping bill like ambien.. or uhh read a book before or drink warm milk.

  5. Drink warm milk before bed, take a nice relaxing bath or shower before bed, do a crossword puzzle while laying in bed (that works for me). Hope it helps you.

    * 1/4 tsp of piper longum root powder

    * if you find valerian powder use 1/4 tsp of valerian powder.

    * 1/2 cup of milk

    * 1/2 cup of water

    * 1 tsp of sugar (side note: if diabetec don't use sugar.)

    mix them and boil it. bring it to 1 boil then take it down and let it cool until it's lukewarm. then add add 1 tsp of of clarified butter from a cow or regular clarified butter. take this 20 minutes before going to bed.

    when you lay down on your bed then take some clarified butter and apply to your temples and massage for 5-10minutes.

  8. change your room to green or any light colors.. those will help you fall asleep faster because dark can make your eyes blur or something like that..

    do not worry about much problems.. try to solve them before sleeping

    maybe you could try on some mellow music..
