Just google "drawing hands" and you will find many online articles that will help you.  Two hints I can give from experience:

#1 Draw your own hand from life.  The experience will help you with your observational skills.

#2  Reduce the complex hand to simple shapes: cylinders, balls, discs, and other common shapes.  

Learn to suggest the general shape of hands in smaller drawings and use live models when drawing them in larger works where accuracy will affect the overall image.
