  1. fold in the blueberries so they don't get all squished

  2. Make sure your skillet is hot enough to make water droplets dance on it.  Pour the batter on the skillet, then drop the blueberries onto the pancake. When the pancake is bubbled on top, its time to flip.

  3. take a pint of blueberries, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons water. put that in a pan and cook it for 15 minutes simmering over low heat. that is your syrup. when you put your pancakes on the griddle, add about 12 blueberries per pancake.

  4. Its easy! Just miss up a batch of pancake mix then add a couple of blueberries and blend them together in the blender.Rub some more blueberries into flour(so they wont sink to the bottom of the mixture) and stir them into the batter.Fry according to directions on the basic mix package.

  5. After you mix up the batter, just toss washed blueberries whole in the batter, then pour on hot skillet. As the pancakes cook the blueberries cook, after flipping over from one side to the other, you will see the blueberries cooking, purple will ooze out. They are very good!!

  6. If you want white pancakes with purple blueberries, the put the blueberries on after you put the batter in the pan. If you don't mind purple batter, you can toss them in right away.

  7. if you can't cook them in with the pancake then just make your pancakes normally and then put the fruit on top and as you eat it make sure to get some fruit in each bite! =)

  8. Absolutely. Put the batter in the pan. Just before you are ready to flip the pancake, put the blueberries on top, then flip. It keeps the blueberries in the center of the pancake!
