Any tips on how to make your cheerleading jumps higher?

i can do jumps pretty good i just need to get them higher. any good techniques, stretches, exercises, etc.?

  1. Stretching is the key to any jump! if you dont strectch very well, you wont jump very well! SRSLY stretch hard! also make sure that you are keeping your shoulders back and toes pointed, b***s out, and roll your knees back so that you spread farther and when you spread farther you will just need to jump as high as you can, and it will be easy!


  2. practice, practice, practice!

  3. everyday practice jumping heigher go into a pleigh or a squat and jump up from that do that often and your jump should get higher

  4. Stretching. Also, try jumping with ankle weights on. When you take them off your jumps will be much higher!
