Any tips on how to regulate the time your period comes?

thanks in advance, i got it 2 years ago and it still hasn't regulated the time it comes.

The only way to really do it is to go on a birth control pill, but even then, it may not do anything.  I know of a girl who started the pill when she was about 13 to regulate her periods, but when she went off of it about 10 years later to try and get pregnant, her moodiness and emotions were so bad she had to get back on it to control them
