  2. First, do Kegel exercises. I'll assume you know what this is. If you don't, then it's squeezing the muscle at the base of your ****. You'll feel yourself using this muscle when you stop the flow when you're taking a p**s. When doing it with your **** hard, it should bounce up and down.

    Second, m********e before s*x. It helps, trust me.

    Third, a lot of foreplay. When pumping her and you feel like you're getting close, release and start foreplay again. Remember, alot of foreplay before and during s*x. when you feel like you continue pumping, resume.
