Any tips on making my resume "pop" on online job searches?

I have my resume posted on careerbuilder and hotjobs. Any tips on getting more employers to read it?

I would make sure you have your name in all caps and in a noticable font, but not too big.  Also, you should make your objective clear to employers that wanna hire you so that you can answer this question at a possible interview.
