Sounds like you already have instructions (your question came off as confident).

Here are my tips:

Use only the best ingredients....steer clear of dollar store items (mommy and daddy probably won't use them)

Huggies work best for DIAPERS AS ICING cakes....Swaddlers work best for BLANKETS AS ICING cakes (Huggies:  if ribbon is securing.  Swaddlers:  if blankets are securing)

Stuffed animals always make great toppers......TARGET has, by far, the best selection at a great price.  (Toys R Us is a very close second!!)

Booties on the cake is a must....

Don't ever use rubberbands or tape on the actual diapers....this could tear or crease the diapers and render them unusable.

If this is a gift (versus centerpiece) wrap that baby in TULLE for presentation.  You can buy this, by the yard, at craft stores and even WalMart!!

Be patient and take your time....it pays off in the end result!
