  1. theknot.com they have everything weddings..

  2. Well, try Cancoon.

  3. try browsing theknot.com

  4. Just choose somewhere that will make both of you happy.  Decide how much money you can spend on the honeymoon and then go from there.  It should limit your choices.  Decide if you two like warm places like a beach or would you rather go skiing.  You can even stay close to home and just go to a nice bed and breakfast.  But you should choose a place together.

  5. go somewhere with a nice hotel. the room should have a jucuzzi and a king size bed. ur gonna need it lol

  6. I went to Spain for my honeymoon. It was beautiful.

  7. Actually, given the fact that many couples today already live together before getting married and have an established household, it has gotten to be very popular to have a registry for your honeymoon. I think it's a great idea. The guests can decide how much money to give and where it will go.

I had always wanted to go to Europe for my honeymoon, but it's just not feasible financially. We've talked a little about it and two places I'd really like to go in the U.S are San Francisco and New Orleans, but then again, I'm really not a "lay on the beach all day" kind of girl. Other (more proactive) ideas include:

    -A Road Trip

-Being a sight seer in your own town

    -Camping

    Good luck!

  8. Cruises are cheap, check them out! Good Luck!

  9. First of all, please do not do what Danielle is doing and ask your guests to help pay for your honeymoon!  That is dreadfully tacky and everyone will talk about it.   To answer your question, do whatever you can to keep things simple!  That goes for your wedding all the way to the honeymoon.  Don't spend endless hours on tiny details that won't mean much 20 years from now.  I would avoid a honeymoon that requires you to do lots of sight-seeing.  Pick somewhere that you can relax....somewhere that you can sleep in til noon if you want and not feel like you missed something.  My choice would be Aruba...great weather, restaurants, and a low-poverty level make this place a great honeymoon destination!  Good luck and enjoy!

  10. Because we're spending so much dough on our wedding we're asking our guests to not buy us wedding gifts but to donate money to our honeymoon trust, so that way we wont have any double household items we already got coz we live together & we will have a special gift of a romantic time spent together by the happiness of our guests.

Also what we're deciding to do is to have our honeymoon perhaps a week later rather than on our wedding night,  as we dont wanna miss out on our own celebration party, and what we might do is book a short-break for a day or two to somewhere not too far so we can relax and spend time together to calm down before jetting off on our honeymoon.

So far we are thinking of going on a murder-mystery weekend break coz we both love crimedrama tv shows,  or perhaps the weekend luxury of a pampering spa, who knows, we'll decide soon i hope!
