Any tips???????

Question

I've started playing handball a while ago. I love it, but i don haf much time to play much but i sneak out and play sometimes so i can get better and beat like everyone. is there like any tips on handball?

dont answer if u dont kno wat handball is plz. cuz its a waste seeing all this junk email about "WHAT THE HECK Is this dumb handball sport" or whatever.

btw, handball is a sport u play with a ball, like racquet ball with out the raquet. its fun when u get the hang of it. its quite popular in nyc too.

It was born in NYCity...there's over 2,000 handball court's...just practice at home against ur wall and make sure u hit the ball and try not 2miss...aim at something...it works ur aim....hit it as hard as u can it works ur power and reflex u also need 2 good hand so practice when u get a chance...and also watch as many games of handball u can so u cant see wat kind of players are out here in NYcity...u might see me some...good and keep trying..go 2 youtube.com search streethandball

well if u practice hitting a ball straight to one spot, it' ll give u very good aim. Try using these techniques to improve your shot if you don't already do it:

1)put your right foot out when hitting with your left: it maximizes your leg back and shoulders in to the shot besides the arms, same goes for the right.

2) practice kills where you hand spreads wide open when killing or making a power shot, and practice whipping the ball when u want the ball to have a low bounce.

3) If u have time practice serves overhead, underhand, to make you serves more tricky.

But the first two are good for warm ups before a game if u dont have time to practice.
