practice at whatever your trying to improve at in your bedroom while your watching tv or doing something where you can exercise during it.

wether its your batting, practice getting your hips around and your arms extended and your back foot turned without a bat. or you can practice throwing without a ball.

just repeating how to do everything you wanna do right will help you improve

Play till you get blisters. Play until you can't hardly stand up. And then play some more. Nothing beats getting dirtier than a hay-baler to sharpen your skills.

alot of practice and if u need to ask a friend who is better than you and ask her what u are doin wrong and fix tha area
