  1. emergen C powdered vit C

  2. There is a energy drink that is good for you, and is a great natural approach, it is only sold online.  It even comes caffeen free.  It has 0 sugar and 0 carbs.  My favorite flavor is Cranberry-Grape stock # 708912

you can buy it at:  www.whicker.mychoices.biz

It gives you the energy boost with out the shakes or big let down that regular energy drinks give.

All of the energy, none of the caffeine. That's what you get with this lightly carbonated explosion of tangy cranberry and grape flavors. Delivers a powerful punch of B vitamins to help boost mental and physical energy. Plus, it contains no sugar, no carbohydrates, and just 8 calories per can. A great alternative for anyone who wants an energy lift - without the caffeine. Twelve 8.4-oz. cans per case. Kosher certified. This is what is on the lable:

    4900% B-12

    100%   Folic Acid

    300% B-6

    100% B-5

    100% B-3

    200% C

    30 mg Potassium

    1.5 grams Protein

    8 calories

    0 sugar

    0 carbs

0 caffeine - (there is a version with caffeine too)

  3. *Drink plenty of water

*Eat an apple (it actually gives you more energy than a cup of coffee)

    *Don't smoke

    *exercise

  4. a really charged in sugar drink...that could help, try to eat as much sugar as you can...

  5. You need to drink 8 glasses of water 8 oz. each every day. Also, you need to get rest so go to sleep early. Eat healthy. Don't eat Hot Cheetos with soda for your breakfast, then a Twinkie and coffee (not that coffee is unhealthy. it's actuallygood for you) for lunch, and for dinner, a cookie with soda. Eat 5 fruits and vegetables a day and you'll be good as new.  Also excersise. Hope this helps.

  6. Honestly, a half liter of water can really help out.  A lot of "down" is just dehydration.

  7. OK. Natrual ways to boost energy that do not involve coffee, soda, or energy drinks.

    1. Make sure you get enough sleep. There simply is no replacement. Even when full of sugar and caffeine and other stimulants they can only help for so long if you are really tired.

    2. Drink plenty of water. We need 1 ounce for every 2 pound of body weight plus 8 more ounces for every 20 minute of exerise. With hot/dry days and climates we need even more. When we are dehydrated we become tired. With proper hydration we actually increase our motabolism and energy levels by 3%.  Though we can get water from foods and other drinks both caffeine and alcohol dehydrate so they don't count towards water intake.

    3. Get plenty of nutrition. No mater how good some folks eat it simply is not enough for optimal nutrition. The RDA/RDI was set up as the minimum amounts needed to prevent nutritional deficency diseases. For optimal health we need more of the ones listed and some that are not listed. Optimal nutrition levels will also increase energy levels. Get a real good quality supplement, not just any old thing in stores and pharmacies. The old saying you get what you pay for is VERY true with nutritional supplements.

    4. Take extra B vitamins. A good multi B supplement will work with the multi and they Bs are used for energy.

    5. Consider green tea. I know you don't want sodas or energy drinks but this is great. It has only 30 mg of caffeine which is less than soda and other teas, and much less than coffee and energy drinks. It also energizes, helps with motabolism, food processing and digestion, and chock full of antioxidants. 2 to 4 servings a day will be all that is required.

    This should do you.
