Hi i'm a 16 year old male and my parents are both of average height but I'm still fairly short.

I understand that genetics play a big role in my final height but I'm sure there are some things i can do to ensure i reach my full potential. Any advice on this would be extremely helpful.

  1. Plenty of protein (meat), calcium (milk) and zinc (red meat, oysters, mussels and nuts) will help your destined normal growth and a deficiency can stunt it.

  2. none ,

  3. One simple tip: eat lots of green! Vegetables and fruit can fortify calcium within the body to make sure you'll grow to your maximum height.

Try to avoid milk; milk does not provide calcium it DRAINS it because most companies feed their cows with hormone pills and steroids which is NOT good at all.

You should also play a sport or at least exercise so you're body can get into shape while it grows. Doing physical labor is also a way to get into shape as well.
