Question:

Any traveler or resident teen in hong kong bored and needs stuff to do?

I am visiting for a month or so i am bored and i sort of need a friends or something while im here. I have no problems finding friends but if u stay in hong kong, you know the average non chinese person doesnt have that many options. Please post response if u are visiting or living in Hong Kong and feels the same way.

I actually have NO idea what you're talking about.  I lived in Shanghai for 2 yrs and HK for 4 months and I had no problems making friends.  You must not be putting yourself out there.  Why are you looking for non-chinese friends?  You're only there for 1month, make some new friends. You might learn something.  Go to a typically expat bar/club if you're uncomfortable and the chinese people there will be used to foreigners.  You're in HK, make some HK friends


  2. Hi Im not so "teen" Im 21 y.o. Chinese. If you want non-Chinese companion maybe you have to hang around in some tourists attraction you will find more foreigners there. There are some students coming from Europe in my school they have to stay for a long time here probably. You may not find them on YahooAnswer though haha good luck. =]

  3. i'm chinese, living in HK and have non chinese friends. none of them have said a thing about hard to make friends here.

    i guess u probably need to hang out a bit more, go to bars in wanchai, lankwaifong, etc. good luck :)
