  1. yeah

Let her Pick the tot bed there are cheap/quality tot beds at walmart and toys r us

climbing out can be really dangerous (high falling injuries such as broken bones) so just get rid of it

oh and 2 yr olds understand spankings and corners

  2. well take some thing of hers and tell she isn't getting it if that doesn't work mabey she just wants attention

  3. Oh hun, I feel for you! I have a three year girl old who in the past month has decided she will get out of her crib and come join us every morning in bed (around 6:30)! What I have found works (at least in the morning) is if she does that, take her back to the crib and say something like, "You try to go back to sleep cuz mommy and daddy are really sleepy still, and when you wake back up, you call for mommy and I'll come get you." Now that doesn't work at nap time though, when she is out of her crib then, she won't go back. But i know from trying that even my 3 year old isn't ready for a toddler bed yet. She can't sleep, it scares her or something. I had to put the sides back on for her. I hope this helped, even a little!

  4. it maybe time to change to a toddler bed. if she can climb out then just change cause what happens if she misses a grip. She could hurt her self really bad or worse. She has proven she can get out so excite her with a toddler bed with blankets she will like and explain she is a big girl and set the rules for name time. GL

  5. time for a toddler bed no tricks

  6. FOR SAFETY REASONS IT'S TIME FOR YOUR DAUGHTER TO GET A BIG GIRL BED. MORE THAN LIKELY YOUR DAUGHTER CAN BE TAUGHT TO STAY IN HER BED AT NIGHT AND WHEN SHE WAKES UP SHE SHOULD GO RIGHT TO MOMMIES ROOM. IT WORKED FOR ALL 5 OF MY KIDS I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY OF THEM STRAYING AWAY TO OTHER PARTS OF THE HOUSE.2YEAR OLDS CAN AND DO LEARN DISCIPLINE. MY PERSONAL FEELING IS NOT TO MAKE THREATS. IF YOU WANT HER TO STAY IN HER BED TELL HER THAT AND IF SHE DOES NOT SHE WILL HAVE A CONSEQUENCE FOR EXAMPLE IF SHE HAS A FAVORITE SHOW OR MOVIE SHE WATCHES TELL HER IF YOU DON'T DO X THAN HE CONSEQUENCE IS X. ALWAYS ALWAYS FOLLOW THROUGH OTHERWISE SHE WON'T BELIEVE YOU  ANYMORE.

  7. You need to get her into a toddler bed. One time is the begining of the end of the crib. She can fall out and really hurt herself. Also, think about how she will feel knowing she is now a big girl. Every kid loves to hear how big they are. Good luck and face the fact your little girl is now a big girl. :)

  8. It is time to switch to a big girl bed  :)

  9. I think putting her in the big kids bed is a good idea. I actually started doing it with mine on and off from 12mths until now (she's 2yrs 7mths). She didn't start staying in her bed until she was 2yrs. I think the sooner you do it the better, because they grow with it, and it helps them to better grasp the concept. Also, you should child-proof your room if you haven't already. The door handle, sockets, etc.

Its just all about consistency. You have to get to her as soon as you figure she's out. You cannot let her sleep in your bed, even if you need a little more sleep. You have to put her in her bed, put her covers over her (whatever she's sleeping with), and then tell her to "stay in bed, its bed time". You'll have to keep doing it.

If you don't want to do the big kid bed, there's a net you can use, I've read about. I personally think stepping it up would be better.

BTW, I'm sure you've probably googled, or searched this subject, a lot, but in the case you haven't, there are a lot of people who have this same problem. Its like attack of the babies at night. OH! Try to give her shorter naps during the day. This might help her to sleep "better". Maybe have her pick out a special pillow or sheet set, or stuffed animal to get her to like the bed more?

    Best wishes!

  10. if she can climb out it's time for a big girl bed or toddler bed.
