So I have an exterminator coming over to deal with a bug problem, and I have a Red Eared Slider turtle. Do you think he'll be safe with the exterminator spraying the stuff in the house? Anyone have this issue before??

  1. as long as its not fumes, it it is take him out side in a shady area or sunny but must be watched

  2. um I have 2 turtles and 6 baby ones .. that my mom got me and we had a bug problem .. and we had a exterminator come to the house and we left the turtles there and they survived they were ok

  3. Don't risk his life. If people aren't allowed to stay neither should the turtle.

No remove him from the house and seal off his tank after you drain it.

  4. The pest control people that do my house always recommended that we cover any caged animals with a sheet. That way they can still breath but if there are any fumes they dont get in. I take sheets and pillowcases and lay them over the top of my snake and gecko cages!
