Any under 18 dance clubs in maryland (near frederick or germantown)?

me & my friend is desperate to go to a club ; we need to dance :)

i live near germantown & my friend lives near frederick and we're 16, any good clubs near us?

I know Germantown council has been planning a youth dance club and activity centre but it is still in the planning stages. Nothing yet! :(
