Any urban 'psychics' around these parts?

Not the best place to ask, I realize... but I am wondering if any 'psychics' (those with a heightened sensitivity to intelligences without traditional interfaces like bodies and such), especially those in the city, experience a strange phenomenon in the energy spectrum of the strange organism we call the city?

If you deprived such a psychic of any way for him to tell he is in a metropolis, do you think he could still sense all of the energy?  I am willing to bet that, like anything else psychic, his sense of the city is due to his awareness of it and the suggestibility of that awareness.  In other words, it's all a product of his imagination.

I'm not sure I understand the question? I feel energy from everything, even energy left behind by previous owners of houses, objects, etc. But yes, the city is going to have a different "energy" then the suburbs. Cities are, in general, "busier".

and in answer to the guy who suggested that my psychic gifts are merely "suggestion"? I don't think so. There is a distinctly different "feel" to the city when compared to the suburbs, and there will be a distinctly feel of a rural town than the suburbs. They've each got their own energy feel. I just can't describe the feel very well to someone who has no idea what energy even feels like. It's difficult to put into words. It's something that flows through me, I "become" it. "Busy" vs. "Calm" is about the simplest way I can describe it.

Psychics are either deluded or charlatans. Psychic abilities are pure pseudoscience.

"Psychics" perceive whatever think think they should be perceiving. It's completely controlled by power of suggestion. If some psychics think there should be a difference in city "energy" vs. suburb "energy", then undoubtedly they will think they are perceiving it psychically as well.
