    So a workout routine for someone who is age 80 or over you say?

    Hmmm..well I do know a good website that has MANY workout dvds, for any age- there are dvds on there for the elderly- it is at http://collagevideo.com and this is a website I visit daily as I do workouts at home. Were you thinking of things to do at home? Walking of course is always good- but even using light weights at that age is effective not only for healthy bones but for the heart as well! (getting that heart rate up some)

    Now if I got this all wrong and the wording to your question was any good workouts that are over the 1980's as in, you want something that is more modern....well just watch the latest infomercial on tv and you will get a LOAD of them! hehe.

  3. Swimming, light jogging, walking.

    My Gran is 85 and she loves walking up hills!

    It is not recommended people over 60 do things such as squats, lunges, etc. It puts too much pressure on the knees if done incorrectly.
