I am currently a vegetarian and i am interested in becoming a vegan. I don't eat eggs anymore and i only drink soy milk now, but i need help to get fully vegan. All of my fake meat that i have been eating for a while has dairy products, so i dont know how i would get enough protein and eat a satisfying meal if I got rid of it! Any advice?
Also, can i substitute apple sauce for eggs in baked goods like cake mix and stuff? I know it works for pancakes but im not sure about anything else. And what about dining out?
