Any videos or software that will help me on my new Train Dispatching job?

I just started a new job at CN railroad in homewood, il and was wondering if there was any kind of software(downloadable/or buyable), videos, books or anything that will help me out on all this crazy stuff?I'm training for a few months and would like to get ahead of the class.

This is a basic train dispatching game.  I believe it is based on digicon.  Just remember when Dispatching keep your head clear or you will get overwhelmed.  The scariest time in Dispatch will be your first solo run.  After that is gets easier with time.  Know your rules and listen to advice from the old heads both dispatch and train crews.
