Univ of Alberta is one of the best research univ in canada after ubc & univ of toronto.

Please re-write and elaborate your question esp regarding which subject and your goal in your life.

Like if you want to study business in Alberta then choice should be:

1. univ of calgary

2. Univ of alberta

whereas if its a specialisation then its vice versa. Or if you want to study in canada as whole the in business i think york, western ontario, toronto & ubc whereas in specific field its ubc, toronoto, western ontario, queens & alberta. whereas for sciences its toronto, mcgill, ubc & alberta.
