Any views on Tiscali broadband and telephone package?

The biggest problem with all the service providers who advertise all the cut price offers for their services is, after you sign up you are stuck with a contract.  This is OK if the service is perfect but if it is not then you can't get out of it.

I was once with AOL which was terrible and have now switched to an excellent telephone service and a seperate broadband supplier, both these companies have excellent customer service centres, who speak English.

Ths cost of doing it this way maybe a little greater, but the quality of the service outways the slight increase, although in my case switching from AOL actually saved me money.

well I was with tiscali befor I was canvassed by talk talk I was very happy  with tiscali and talk talk ruined my life (hard words but they gave me a lot of trouble and their start up disc caused my files to be lost family photos etc.) anyhoo went to bt who were very expensive but reliable  and now I have been with then for over 12 months I too have enquired obout going back with Tiscali

I have Tiscali broadband and telephone.  I think it's great, it's good value and the technical support is excellent.  I did have a little bit of trouble with activating the anonymous call reject service ( I had to call three times) and the broadband does slow down in the evenings.  But apart from that no other issues.
