try google searching northren california Volleyball Association (NCVA) i play for SCVA southren cali vball assoc., then on that site search for teams closer to your area. Good Luck

you can also go to www.usavolleyball.org and click the wanna play button and find the USAV region where you are. They will have a web page and contact info for people that should know about leagues and other info you need.
