electronic stuff, or music gear, or art, or anything basically!?

in or around London? I live near twickenham, maybe around that area or near-by?

I know there are lots of flea markets and car boot sales in /around london, but what i think i'm looking for is different to that, it's more like a warehouse full of junk... i'm not sure...

but is there something like what i'm looking for in london or near twickenham?

thank you for any answers! i probably won't get any though :s

  1. How about looking for old antique shops!

    Or second hand shops!

They will be listed in the Yellow pages, or you could try online!

    Good Luck

  2. There isn't anything like a warehouse as far as I know, it would be very unlikely because you couldn't sustain it financially when if you have a warehouse the normal thing to do with it now is to turn it into loft apartments.  The next best thing though might be the organisation Freecycle, which I wondered if you had heard about, which helps people pass on unwanted things for free to other people who want them,  for free.  They have been doing it through internet groups up till now but they've recently started some day events as well for people to donate and take things, in community centres etc.

There are still also some charity shops that are big and more like warehouses, I'm in NE London, sorry I don't know too much about your area.  Mencap is often good for furniture round here and electrical goods etc. and there is a Salvation Army shop which is very interesting, with furniture and lots of clothes, books, kitchen stuff, odds and ends etc, and they are usually quite cheap.
