Or a tall building?

Ok, I know it sounds wierd and unrealistic, but I heard that there are ways, techniques if you will, that can significantly reduce the injury of jumping from a moving train or a tall building. But I'm not sure. Eg. rolling when you hit the ground? I'm doubtful that there are any ways, but, if anyone knows of any.....

  1. Jump into water, jump into a fast moving convertible that is driving next to the train. Jump onto a fast moving train going the same way.

  2. Only in Hollywood!

  3. There are no way you can survive without terrible injuries or death! accept in the movies!!

  4. You want to exert the lease amount of impact to your body.  Tuck and roll is the only way, it makes you smaller and allows you to roll.  Protect the head with your hands and any other kind of padding, perferably a helmet.

Please don't be jumping off any perfectly good trains or airplanes for that matter!

  5. There is quite a simple way.  As soon as you hear the danger, find a giant bouncy castle or similar, wait for it to inflate then make sure its placed convienently for you to jump onto.  Or make sure you go to church on Sundays so that if you don't survive you can still go to heaven.

    God bless you.

  6. Try different things and/or jumping at different speeds, then come back and tells us how it went.

    Good Luck!

  7. Jump and roll is the only thing that I can think of at this time but will get back asap.

  8. If you can time it just right it can be done, you have to get on a train and when it's about to cross a river bridge you need to jump. Watch out for the pylons though, if you hit that you are splat. Best of luck.

  9. Building: Use a parachute

    Train: Jump into water
