Any way to make Limewire faster???

Question

Anyone have tips to speed up Limewire and make your connection better? I don't want to buy the new Limewire Pro, that seems to defeat the purpose to me. Got any ideas????

dont use lime wire its dodgy leaves you open to attacks use u torrent its more secure

Right, first, Limewire Pro just speeds up the download of itself and the music and things when all you need to do is strengthen your internet connection. I don't know which internet connection you use, but if you tell me, I'll help you in anyway I can!

(Turbo-Charged connection is the BEST for downloading! Turn off your sharing, then Police can't track you as well!)

Close any other programs taking up bandwidth. If your streaming off the internet or downloading. Or get Limewire Pro to get the turbo-charged connection.
