I tried to keep my thoughts positive at first, but now i don't give a c**p about school, i'm currently in homeschooling, but i still want to quit. first off I don't care what happens to me, if i regret it later I'll take online classes. I'm not having kids or getting married, it's a waste of time and money. The only thing i'm worried about is my dad going to jail. Is there any possible way to quit school in Louisiana at 14, my dad already understands that i know the consequences of quiting school. if there is absolutely nothing i can do to quit school, is there any quick ways to pass high-school, like online courses(easy ones). and for the final time, if you don't have any ideas don't put an answer; stop trying to convince me to not quit; and if you don't have anything nice to say, f*ck off! thanks to anyone who tries to help.

  1. well...I think you can quit school when your 16...and you can get your GED. Well kid, have a happy life...because no one will f*cking hire you...its mentality like this that will get you nowhere...you will be a bum...lazy *** punk!

  2. umm...well...in Illinois they have this thing called Lincoln Challenge...its a program that u can go to to get your GED fast. Or you can see if your state has a Job Corp program where you can get your GED and/ or get job training for trade jobs.

  3. honestly there isnt anyway...you have to legally stay in school until 16, but you can just stop goin, but your parents will get in trouble. You might as well just stay in school, because you can't even work at McDonalds past 18 without a High School diploma, or you can get your GED

  4. Well, it sounds as though you have a lot on your plate. You can not legally quit school at 14. You can quit at 16, however, a high school diploma will get you so much further in life. What I would do is go back to in-class school. There are a few advantages. You will make friends. You will have teachers to help you.

It sounds to me like you might be depressed right now, and going through some other things in your life that aren't terribly conclusive to school. Should you return to school, I would talk to your guidance counselor. If you just need someone to talk to, check this site out: http://www.nineline.org/

    Good luck

  5. You can see if your state offers a high school exit exam and what the requirements are (like age qualifications, etc.) for you to take it. Hope it works out for you.

  6. quitting school is dumb. dont do it.
