Any way to repair minor scratches on eyeglasses?

Question

I have several small scratches on the lenses of my glasses and I was wondering if there was a product that would a.) make them go away, or b.) reduce their appearance.

Any help is appreciated!

you could try a buffing wheel, but glass heats up and has a chance of breaking.

if they made glasses that didn't scratch, they'd never sell you another pair, so it's planned obsolescence.

If you have plastic lens there's an old biker trick that should do the job.

Spray them with pledge furiture polish and let sit for 30 sec to a min and the gently wipe clean the polish will fill in th elight scatches making them less noticable. It works on sunglasses too.
